Welcome These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Visitors to Africa website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Site.

  • Limited Licence: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Site content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use (reproduction, modification, distribution, public display) requires prior written permission.

  • By submitting content (reviews, images, messages) to the Site you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing.

  • You warrant that you own or have permission to submit content and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove or refuse any content at our discretion.

Bookings, Quotes & Availability

  • Information on the Site about availability, pricing, experiences and itineraries is indicative and subject to confirmation. Final bookings require written confirmation and applicable payment.

  • Prices displayed may not include taxes, levies, gratuities, surcharges, or supplier charges unless expressly stated.

  • We act as principal or agent depending on the service; specific confirmation documents will state our role. Booking terms, deposits, cancellation policies and supplier terms will apply and are provided at the time of booking.

Payments & Security

  • Payment processing is handled via third-party secure payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details except where required and securely handled by our trusted processors.

  • You agree to pay all fees communicated in booking confirmations. Failure to pay may result in cancellation or delayed services.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visitors to Africa, its officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for losses of profits, revenue or data arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our aggregate liability for direct loss shall be limited to the amount paid by you for services booked through us (if any).

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force.

Entire Agreement

  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and any booking terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Visitors to Africa regarding use of the Site and supersede prior understandings.
