Payment Terms

We appreciate your decision to travel with our exclusive, bespoke service. To ensure the highest quality experience and secure all necessary arrangements, we adhere to the following payment schedule:

1. Initial Deposit:

   • A non-refundable deposit of $5,000 is required at the time of booking to initiate your travel arrangements.

2. First Installment:

   • 50% of the total tour cost, less the initial deposit, is due upon confirmation of your itinerary.

     • This payment secures all reservations and allows us to commence detailed planning of your bespoke experience.

3. Second Installment:

   • 25% of the total tour cost is due 60 days prior to your tour start date.

     • This payment allows us to finalize all arrangements and ensure the highest level of service throughout your journey.

4. Final Payment:

   • The remaining 25% of the total tour cost is due 14 days before your tour start date.

     • This final payment confirms all arrangements and activates our on-the-ground support for your imminent arrival.

 

Additional Terms:

• All payments are to be made in ZAR (South African Rands) unless otherwise specified.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or Crypto Currency.

• Please note that credit card and Crypto Currency payments will incur the processing fee.

• For bookings made within 60 days of the tour start date, 75% of the total tour cost is due immediately, with the remaining 25% due 14 days before the tour start date.

• For bookings made within 14 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Any additional services or changes requested after the initial booking may require immediate payment and may be subject to availability.

• All payments are subject to our cancellation policy, which will be provided separately.

 

Flexible Payment Plans: We understand that our distinguished clientele may have specific preferences for payment structures. We are open to discussing tailored payment plans that align with your financial management strategies. Please contact your personal travel advisor to explore these options.

Late Payments:

To maintain the integrity of your bespoke travel arrangements, all payments must be received by their due dates. Late payments may result in the cancellation of reservations or the application of late fees.

 

Currency Fluctuations: Given the international nature of our services, significant currency fluctuations may necessitate price adjustments. Any such changes will be communicated clearly and promptly.
